10 step plan for In-company training Course

  1. After the initial meeting with the company an analysis of the language problems within the company is made: language  – aims – time.
  2. The potential participants are sent a questionnaire to complete about: their educational background, prior knowledge of the language, job function and language level desired at the end of the training course.
  3. Using this information the first proposal for a course plan can be drawn up. Then the participants are given an oral and written test to establish their starting level.
  4. We then can offer you a firm outline of the planned training course detailing costs involved.
  5. The company, together with language institute Stoffels Talen, discuss any adjustments needed in the proposed programme, lesson times or starting date.
  6. We send you the final quote which needs to be then accepted in writing.
  7. The language training course commences.
  8. During the course close contact is kept between you and our trainers.
  9. Halfway through the course there is a half way evaluation. If deemed necessary adjustments to the course are made..
  10. The course finishes with an end evaluation; a final written report and certificates are issued to qualifying participants.
